This is it! Today is the last and final day of Senior Week! {sad} You know what I LOVE about Friday’s? Duh! The weekend!!

When the pandemic took over our lives, I struggled to find ways to keep us sane during quarantine and came up with a weekly “Friday plan”. Well…I scream, you scream…we all SCREAM for … ?? Yes!! Ice cream!!! The kids & I found Bean’s Ice Cream in Poquoson, and it quickly became a MUCH needed break from staring at the same 4 walls.

Funny story … I was working on a project this past Fall and had asked the group to meet me at Bean’s & I would buy them ice cream. One of them (& he knows who he is) said…”beans ice cream? like, the flavor of beans?” Oh man, I died laughing! Love ya kid! Fun times.
